Do you want to lubricate your processes permanently and when something get stuck notify the responsible person? Do you want to notify supervisor in case when the process doesn’t start even after the previous notification?
Escalations module allows you to set how long should it take to switch the status to another phase. When the time is over, the assigned user is notified. When there is no progress even after that, the manager is notified. Offers this add-on something more extra? Yes, you can set interval of repeating the notifications to user and even the manager.
Sample settings
The following picture shows the sample setting in the Opportunities module. There are monitored phases:
- Prospect – if user doesn’t switch opportunity to the next stage, he receives notification next day. User receives notification every other day, until he switch opportunity to the next phase. At the same time after 7 days of user inactivity, the manager receives notification. The repeating of notification to the manager is not allowed in this sample setting.
- Proposal – user has 7 days to switch the opportunity to the next stage after sending proposal. If he doesn’t, he receives notification, which is repeated every 7 days. If user doesn’t switch opportunity to the next stage, the manager receives notification after 14 days. The repeating of notification to the manager is not allowed in this sample setting.
